What type of facility is Riverstone Recovery Residence?

Riverstone is a structured, peer-monitored NARR Level 2 (pending certification) women's sober living home in Missoula operated by Olyva Health Group LLC. We are a non-clinical, substance-free environment designed to help individuals transition back to independent community living through structure, accountability, and peer support.

Is Riverstone a clinical treatment center or medical facility?

No. We do not provide clinical detoxification, therapy, medical monitoring, or direct assistance with activities of daily living

(such as bathing, dressing, or transportation). Residents must be fully capable of self-care and independent daily functioning.

What are the requirements to stay at Riverstone?

Residents must maintain absolute sobriety, complete assigned weekly household chores, submit to random toxicology testing, attend mandatory weekly house meetings, and participate in at least 20 to 30 hours per week of verifiable daily activity (employment, school, volunteering, or IOP).

Costs, Fees & Occupancy

What are the monthly fees?

Shared Bedroom: $800.00 / month

Single Bedroom: $1,200.00 / month

Move-In / Administrative Fee: $300.00 (Non-refundable)

Seasonal In-Room AC Fee: $30.00 / month

Are monthly fees refundable if I leave early or am discharged?

No. All program fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary departures or

administrative discharges for rule violations.

Residency is month to month, with no minimum or maximum stay. 30 day notice is required.

Am I signing a standard residential lease?

No. Occupancy is governed by a revocable License Agreement, not a lease. Olyva Health Group LLC maintains control over property access, furnishings, and utilities. Rule violations or non-payment terminate your license immediately.

House Rules & Daily Life

What are the curfew hours?

Curfew follows a phased structure to help you acclimate:

Phase 1 (Days 1–14): 8:00 PM nightly.

Phase 2 (Days 15–30): 9:00 PM (Sun–Thu) | 10:00 PM (Fri–Sat).

Phase 3 (Day 31+): 10:00 PM (Sun–Thu) | 11:00 PM (Fri–Sat).

Are visitors or overnight guests allowed?

Outside guests and visitors are strictly prohibited inside the home or on property lines without explicit prior written authorization from management. Overnight passes are blacked out for your first 30 days and require advance written

approval thereafter.

Can I bring my own car?

Yes, provided you have a valid driver's license, active registration, and current proof of insurance on file. Vehicles must be street-legal, fully operational, and are subject to random searches.

How do groceries and cooking work?

Residents supply their own groceries and are assigned specific refrigerator and pantry storage spaces by bed number. Food must be eaten in the kitchen/dining area only. Some items are provided as shared house supplies.

Sobriety, Medications & Safety

How is sobriety enforced?

Residents are subject to random urine analysis (UA) and breathalyzer screenings 2 to 3 times per week. Residents must

provide a valid sample within 30 minutes of notification. Refusing, stalling, or tampering with a test results in immediate discharge.

Residents are required to attend 3 Recovery Meetings of their choice each week (AA, NA, SMART, Dharma, Wellbriety, etc).

What is the medication policy?

All approved prescription medications must be kept locked inside a personal lockbox in your bedroom at all times. Strictly prohibited medications include: all benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium), narcotics/opiates, and non-approved sleep aids, even with a valid prescription. Approved MAT (e.g., Suboxone, Vivitrol) must be disclosed prior to intake.

What safety measures are on site?

The house utilizes 24/7 video and audio surveillance in common areas and exterior entryways for community security (never in bedrooms or bathrooms). Nasal Naloxone (Narcan) kits are accessible in common areas, and staff/peers are authorized to administer it during a suspected overdose crisis.
